Our Programs

Srujna believes that women empower not only themselves but create a ripple of change and transformation for their families and communities around them. Their focus is women from marginalized communities who need support to make a living. Depending on the level of skill sets with the women, the livelihood support is provided. The livelihood programmes focuses on capacity building, fostering community links and promoting small businesses.

Our model incorporates on ground partnerships with NGOs for community relationship building and knowledge partnerships with field experts for updated interventions.

Market Linkages

Srujna provides market linkages to women artisans through job work, orders and exhibitions. The job work is provided on a continuous basis through designers and company tie-ups. Products are catalogued on a regular basis and marketed to provide orders to these women's groups. Exhibitions are organised across India in corporates, universities and housing societies to provide a platform for these products.
