According to World Economic Forum, India ranks 139th out of 144 countries in economic participation and opportunities for women, as of 2017. Women to be gainfully employed, need flexible models of work and Srujna does exactly this.
Srujna is a platform providing livelihood opportunities for underprivileged women, since 2011. We have impacted women like Nuzhat, who is a paraplegic entrepreneur and women like Renju, who is a single mother living in the slums of Mumbai.
